In the first episode of Anna Exciting Affection: Chapter II, we rejoin our old friend Anna at the hospital, waiting on an update on her boyfriend Andrew's condition. She is informed by her old friend, the scumbag Dr. Schmidt, that Andrew will require an expensive operation, the costs of which can be reduced if Anna agrees to submit herself to certain medical procedures... but it is quite possible that the doctor is acting in his own interests. Disturbed and dismayed, Anna returns home, where she has an erotic nightmare about herself and Andrew.
